Goody Wrap-To-Fit Custom Fit Hair Elastics

I have heavy, thick, long curly hair and am always on the lookout for hair accessories that do not cause damage or mess my hair up in the process. I use the regular hair elastics without any metal on them, but if you have naturally curly hair you know you need to avoid fussing with your curls too much to avoid making your hair frizzy. I have to pull my hair through 3 times to get my ponytail, and I do notice it messes a bit with the curl. I thought these Goody Wrap-To-Fit hair elastics would work better, since you cinch it over the hair and then simply wrap the rest of the elastic around the hair. Then you affix the hook to either the elastic or your hair.

I tried this several times, but when it came time to wrap the elastic end around the ponytail the hook kept catching my hair. I tried to keep the hook covered, but every single time it grabbed my hair. It pulled and tangled, and I would end up without a ponytail. I would have to try and untangle these from my hair, and when I was done my curls looked a mess. I have tried repeatedly to get these to work, but in the end I just gave up. I got really sick of trying to extricate these from my hair. It’s possible these would work for straight hair, but for my curly hair they just didn’t work.

Goody Wrap-To-Fit hair elastics retail for around 99 cents, and can be found wherever Goody hair products are sold.

Good to know! This looks like something I would try myself! Thanks for the review! I think I’ll be avoiding these for sure. I can definitely see myself just getting my hair more tangled up in them than getting anything useful out of them.

I found these at my local Dollar Tree. I’ve owned them for about four days now and i loved them. It takes a while getting used to. I wrapped it quite well the first day, then sorta messed up later but now i got the hang of it.

You can’t go wrong for a dollar.

Im stopping by my way back home to get me another pack before they run out.
